Known as the ‘green heart’ of Italy because of its luxurious

infinite variety of artistic and historical sites; the famous spiritual
monuments of Assisi and Spello ; the architectural richness of
thousand year old towns ; the ancient Etruscan City of Orvieto,
high up on its outcrop of tufo, with its beautiful Cathedral and
remote traces of Roman civilisation with theatres, temples,
forums, mosaics and country villas whose ancient charm lives on.
